Now we've cleared that up ...
Dear FOQ
It only took a few weeks of distance for me to realise it was silly to consider Dropping TQB Like It's Hot in a Snoop Dogg Stylee.
I'm still trying to work out the best way to supply this blog in a sustainable structure, but for now, I shall continue to pop up now and then with a few ill-born thoughts and well-placed gifs, and just see what bites
How does that sound?
This Fortnight's Focus (ooh, Fortnightly Focus: that's a good name for a regular post, isn't it? ...) is a short recap of a few weblinks: that is, the odds and sods on the interwebs that have caught my beady – yet discerning, yet boss – eye (aye) over the recent weeks, in no particular order (although some of these links relate to articles that might now be a few months old, gleaned as they were from back issues of the Guardian Weekend that Ma and Pa kindly hand over to me once they've finished with them).
So, kindly join me for a whistle-stop (no, you're not supposed to whistle and stop before the links; that's just rude) tour of ...
Links and look-sees 🔗

- I honestly can't remember if I've already shared this (I could look back on recent posts but that feels too much like hard work) but it's definitely worth a replay: How to reduce your plastic usage | on YouTube | by my young friend Alice B and her university colleagues
Silly 🤡
- This Bad Lip Reading of the Royal Wedding is brilliant | on YouTube {via lots of folk}
Wait, was that it?
Yep, sozza. Just trying to keep my head above the proverbial parapet so you don't forget about me, in a Simple Minds stylee.
Right, I'll be back in a couple of weeks. Might focus a post on my social shenanigans. Just to prove to the world that my weekends aren't solely spent saving photographs of abandoned cabins or Aidan Turner to their relevant Pinterest sections; and that this time next Saturday the curtain will be rising on this year's Voicerox Choir concert so we'd better make that blogworthy an' all.
qb xx
